The OMG - You Can’t Be Serious! Family Photo Contest Official Rules

1. The contest will run from February 1st, 2011 until March 20th, 2011. All images should be sent to info@bopomo.ca before March 15th along with the entrant’s name, email and phone number. Photos will be posted on Bopomo’s Facebook page as they are received. On March 16th, the finalists will be posted on bopomo.ca for public voting which will take place between March 16th and March 20th.
2. Only electronic images are eligible. Bopomo is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries.
3. Each entry will be posted on the Bopomo Facebook page and/or website. Images will be coded so identification will be kept confidential. Bopomo Pictures has the right to use the images in other promotions without compensation to the user.
4. Images can only be submitted by a person in the photo who is over the age of 18 and is a legal resident of British Columbia. Photos with minors must be submitted by their legal guardian who is over the age of 18 and is a legal resident of BC.
5. Finalists will be judged by the public who will be voting on the images, not by Bopomo Pictures.
6. No explicit photos or content. Unacceptable entries will be disqualified.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. Voting will take place on www.bopomo.ca between March 16th, 2011 and March 20th, 2011. The winner will be decided based on the number of votes received.
9. The winner consents to Bopomo’s use of his or her name and use of the image for other promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.
   
10. The winner’s name will be announced on the Bopomo Pictures website, Facebook page, Twitter account and Blog , and may be published by BC Parent.
11. Winners will receive a gift certificate from Bopomo Pictures for a Photo shoot and Variety Package worth $500
12. The contest is governed by these official rules. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and understand that the voting is final in all respects. All entries submitted must also comply with the Facebook Terms of Use. All entries submitted become property of Bopomo Pictures and will not be returned. Bopomo Pictures reserves the right to verify all entries submitted. The contest may be terminated at any time without prior notice; provided however, the prize will still be awarded.
