Go Ahead, Make us Smile Photo Contest Official Rules

1. The contest will run from April 20th until May 31st, 2009. Images should be sent to info@bopomo.ca before May 31st along with the guardian’s name, phone number and email address.
2. Only electronic images are eligible. Bopomo is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries.
3. Each entry will be posted to the Bopomo Facebook page and may be published in BC Parent magazine. Images will be coded so identification will be kept confidential. Bopomo Pictures has the right to use the images in other promotions without compensation to the user.
4. Images can only be submitted by legal guardians over the age of 18 and who are legal residents of British Columbia.  Only one image per child can be entered although a family may submit an entry for each child.  The child must be between the ages of 0 and 9 years of age at the time of the contest.
5. Entries will be judged on the ability to make judges smile. Entries with multiple comments from other Facebook users will be given special consideration.
6. No explicit photos or content. Unacceptable entries will be disqualified.
7. No Purchase necessary.
8. Judging will take place before June 15th, 2009 by a panel of independent judges.
9. The winner consents to Bopomo’s use of his or her name and use of the image for other promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.
10. The winner’s name will be announced on the Bopomo website and Facebook page as well as published in BC Parent.
11. Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate from www.raspberrykids.com, a cover shoot with BC Parent at Bopomo Pictures and a gift certificate from Bopomo pictures for a Variety package valued at $459.95.
12. The contest is governed by these official rules. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and understand that the judges decision is final in all respects. All entries submitted must also comply to the Facebook Terms of Use. All entries submitted become the property of Bopomo pictures and will not be returned. Bopomo reserves the right to verify all entries submitted. The contest may be terminated at any time without prior notice; provided however, the prize will still be awarded.
